The Elizabeth Cardinal Gymnastics team had their fifteen minutes of fame, but in the town of Elizabeth it will last until next season. The girls earned the 4A state championship title on Nov.7 and were honored the following Monday by the community and the entire high school student body as they arrived at the high school in a limo escorted by the Elizabeth Police Department and the Elizabeth Fire Department.
