South Suburban Parks and Recreation will sponsor the 23rd Annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Dec. 5 at Goodson Recreation Center, 6315 S. University Blvd.
Attend this free event and visit 75 booths offering handmade crafts, pottery, jewelry, clothing, quilts, paintings, photography, floral arrangements, woodworks, holiday items and specialty foods.
Free gift wrapping is also provided.
For those who want to get an even earlier start on their holiday gift list, the South Suburban Pottery Guild will be hosting its semi-annual sale from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, at Goodson Center.
For other special holiday activities, classes and programs visit South Suburban online at www.sspr.org.
